<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canal type earphone which allows a user to wear the earphone with no oppression feeling without conducting special operation. <P>SOLUTION: A canal type earphone has a body part having a first space housing a speaker with a front cavity provided at the front side and provided with a first opening allowing the first space to communicate with an external auditory meatus of a user and located at a tip of the body part. In the canal type earphone, a second space, communicating with the first space through a second opening provided near the first opening, and a third opening, allowing the second space to communicate with the external space, are provided at the body part. Then, a lid part, which freely opens and closes in at least one of the second opening and the third opening, and an opening/closing control part, opening the lid when receiving a notification signal indicating that the earphone is removed from the user's ear or a notification signal indicating that the earphone is likely to be removed from the user's ear, are provided in the second space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
