METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DRY SOLID PARTICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a dry solid particle capable of drying a liquid-containing solid particle more efficiently.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the dry solid particle includes: a step of forming a liquid-containing solid particle layer S on a filter 8 provided in a sealed container 1; a step of increasing a pressure in the container 1 more than the outside of the container by making a space 1u above the liquid-containing solid particle layer S communicate with a gas supply source SG; and a step of making a space 1d below the filter 8 intermittently communicate with the outside of the container 1, while maintaining the communication between the space 1u above the liquid-containing solid particle layer S and the gas supply source SG.
