<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust circulation device of an internal combustion engine, capable of preventing corrosion in an EGR device by preventing generation of condensation water in the EGR device. <P>SOLUTION: This exhaust circulation device of the internal combustion engine for circulating some of the exhaust gas as EGR gas in an air intake passage comprises: an EGR pipe 33 in which an EGR passage for communicating an exhaust passage and the air intake passage with each other is formed; and an insulator 61 having an inner surface facing an outer peripheral surface of an exhaust pipe 16 having the exhaust passage formed therein and provided at predetermined intervals relative to the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 16 so that some of a region on the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 16 is covered. The insulator 61 includes: an upstream side edge 66 forming an inflow side opening in which a travel wind flows between the inner surface and the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 16; and a downstream side edge 68 forming an outflow side opening from which the travel wind flowing between the inner surface and the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 16 flows out.
