PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease internal reflection even in a lens with a higher refractive index.

SOLUTION: A paint 4 for preventing internal reflection of an optical element contains at least one of nanoparticles of titanium oxide and niobium oxide, and carbon black.
