The present invention concerns a vibration preventing device for reducing noise between floors which, in one embodiment, comprises: a main case part which can be secured to the ceiling of a building; an auxiliary case part which can be coupled to the ceiling member of the building and is located inside the main case part; and a resilient supporting part which is coupled to the main case part and the auxiliary case part and resiliently supports the auxiliary case from the main case part. |
