The building (4) has an inner space (6) covered by a roof and divided into two useable spaces (9, 10) by partitioning elements (8, 8'). The partitioning elements extend from a floor upto the roof. Flammable goods are deposited and stored in one of the useable spaces. A concrete prefabricated part-unit is provided as the partitioning elements and forms storage shelves (R') with integrated fire protection walls (B) i.e. standard fire walls, area by area. The prefabricated part-unit includes plate parts, which forms form-fit connecting zones in a mounting position.
