The double flat-topped piston engine has a double flat piston (3) fixed at the center of pipe (4), which is moved in cylinder of preset diameter. The ball bearings are moved back and forth in the quarter circle. The valves (6) for intake and exhaust of gases are opened for operating the two camshafts (8). The developing heat in the cylinder is cooled with water (12) and fresh air (13). The seals (11) are fitted at both ends of the piston with spring.
