PURPOSE: A sauna for emitting far infrared rays and anion is provided to enable a user to enjoy half bath. CONSTITUTION: A sauna for emitting far infrared rays and anion comprises a housing(10), an air supply unit(20), an operation panel(30), a display panel(41), and a heater(70). A sauna room is equipped with a mount panel and has a door. The heater is installed in the sauna room and heats the sauna room. The air supply unit supplies oxygen to the inside of the housing. The display panel indicates the concentration of oxygen, time of use, and present temperature. The operation panel outputs a signal according to the operation of a user.
