<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DPF-regeneration finish time determination device capable of exactly determining a finish time of DPF regeneration. <P>SOLUTION: The DPF-regeneration finish time determination device comprises: a first electrode 5 and a second electrode 6, in a DPF 2, which are arranged toward the outside from the inside of a regeneration limit face 3 while going along a virtual face (hereafter called as a virtual cross face) 4 crossing the regeneration limit face 3 being a limit at which a temperature reaches a regeneration temperature, and oppose each other; a capacitance detection circuit 7 which detects capacitance between the first electrode 5 and the second electrode 6; and a determination circuit 8 which determines the finish time of the regeneration when the capacitance detected by the capacitance detection circuit 7 is transited to a stable state from a reduction state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
