<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni-based boride dispersed corrosion resistant and wear resistant alloy that is low in raw material cost and extremely high in corrosion resistance in consideration of high corrosion resistance to hydrofluoric acid in terms of corrosion resistance, and also high in wear resistance and deflective strength. <P>SOLUTION: The Ni-based boride dispersed corrosion resistant and wear resistant alloy includes, by mass, 25 to 45% Cr, 10 to 20% Mo and 0.5 to 3.0% B, and a remainder made of Ni and inevitable impurities, and the Ni-based alloy also satisfies the following formulae (1): 1.8≤Cr/Mo≤4.0; (2): 15≤(the Cr content in the matrix)+(the Mo content in the matrix); and (3): (the Cr content in the matrix)+1.5(the Mo content in the matrix)≤55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
