SOUND ABSORPTION SHEET FOR AUTOMOBILE AND ENGINE UNDER COVER FOR AUTOMOBILE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorption sheet for an automobile capable of exhibiting high sound absorption against noise in a low-frequency range without limiting to noise in a high-frequency range by effectively utilizing a sheet formed by dispersing many bubbles between both layers comprised of polymeric organic material formed in a layering manner each other, and to provide an engine under cover for the automobile using the same.

SOLUTION: The sound absorption sheet 50b includes: both films 52, 53 comprised of flame resistance polyethylene resin layered each other and a skin layer 54. The film 53 includes a flat film section 53a and many bubbles 53b. The flat film section 53a is fixed to a flat film-like film 52 at a back face from the surface side. The many bubbles 53b disperse along the face direction of the film 52 and are formed rising in a cylindrical shape so that the bubbles separate from the film 52 along the thickness direction of the flat film section 53a. The skin layer 54 is comprised of felt and layered along the film 53.
