<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automotive meter with improved designability and innovative design presentation. <P>SOLUTION: An automotive meter 3 includes: a dial 21 that is provided with display designs 22 and 23; light sources 33 to 36 that are provided on a reverse side of the dial 21; an indicating needle 26 that is provided on a front side of the dial 21 and indicates the display designs 22 and 23; an internal unit 38 that drives the indicator needle 26; a ring member 29 that is provided on a front face of the dial 21 and is provided on an outer peripheral side thereof; and a facing member 10 that extends around an outer periphery 30 of the ring member 29. The automotive meter 3 comprises a light guide member 41 that is provided on the reverse face of the dial 21 and guides a light from the light source 35 to the dial 21 and the ring member 29, and the outer periphery 30 of the ring member 29 is provided with an emission part 29b for outputting the light guided from the light guide member 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
