摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection method and ultrasonic flaw detection device capable of further accurate ultrasonic flaw detection by accurately identifying a positional relation between an array probe and an object to be inspected, and causing less misalignment of the array probe and the object to be inspected. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic flaw detection device, an ultrasonic wave transmitted from an ultrasonic sensor 100 is propagated to the object to be inspected 101 via a medium, and scanning with the ultrasonic sensor 100 is performed by using a remote scanning mechanism 102. A transmission and reception device 104 transmits the ultrasonic wave to the medium, and receives reflection waves from a surface and inside of the object to be inspected as a reception signal. A flaw detection image based on the reception signal from the surface of the object to be inspected is displayed on a display unit 105A as a first sound image by using sound speed of the medium. On a display unit 105B, a reflection wave from the inside of the object to be inspected is displayed as a second sound image by using the sound speed of the medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
