<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator having a guide rail provided in an inner panel of a door of a vehicle along an up-and-down direction of a window glass and a slider attached to the window glass and lifted along the guide rail, which can reduce board thickness of the guide rail. <P>SOLUTION: A guide rail 53 has: a basement 53a attached to an inner panel; a first standing wall part 53b bent from one end in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle along an up-and-down direction of a window glass of the basement 53a; and a first corner part 53c where the basement 53a and the first standing wall part 53b cross each other.
