<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small high-frequency switch that does not require a control signal from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: A high-frequency switch has: a first anti-parallel diode having one end connected with a first high-frequency signal input/output terminal and the other end connected to a second high-frequency signal input/output terminal; a first transmission line having one end connected to the first high-frequency signal input/output terminal and the other end connected to a third high-frequency signal input/output terminal, and having an electric length of 1/4 wavelength in a use frequency; and a second anti-parallel diode having one end connected to the third high-frequency signal input/output terminal and the other end connected to the ground.
