A solar array frame for holding solar panels including a plurality of radial members, a plurality of web members, and a subframe in the shape of a polyhedron including a plurality of faces. The radial members are engaged with the subframe and project out from a face of the subframe. The web members are engaged with the radial members such that each radial member is engaged to an adjacent radial member by a web member, and the web members are disposed between the radial members. The subframe, radial members, and web members form a solar array frame structure. |
