<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, an information processing method, an information processing program, and a recording medium in which the information processing program is recorded, which can make it easier for specific content information to attract user's attention by increasing the opportunity to appear (be exposed) even when the specific content information is moved outside a display screen by scrolling. <P>SOLUTION: At least one duplicated content information is generated, which is a duplicate of target content information specified in a plurality of content information pieces included in a content list displayed on a display screen of a terminal device.
