<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition useful for first coating use, which is excellent in adhesion to a plastic base material or attachment property to a top coating film without complicated mixing operation such as mixing of various compositions, and which never causes, when a metal evaporated film is provided as a top coat, deterioration of luster of the metal evaporated film while securing excellent adhesion with the metal evaporated film, and a coating agent including the same. <P>SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition contains a urethane acrylate (A) having an acryloyl concentration per unit mass of 3-7 mmol/g and a photoinitiator (B).
