<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection color liquid crystal display device with bright and high display quality. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device comprises a pair of substrates 100 and 200 arranged opposite to each other, a liquid crystal layer LQ held between the pair of substrates 100 and 200, a reflection layer 102 which reflects light passing through the liquid crystal layer LQ, and a color filter layer CF having a colorless part CFW and color filters CFR, CFG, and CFB with a plurality of colors. The respective single colors of the color filters CFR, CFG, and CFB with the plurality of colors are arranged in a first direction DX. The respective units composed of the colorless part CFW and the color filters CFR, CFG, and CFB with the plurality of colors are arranged in a second direction DY approximately orthogonal to the first direction DX at positions rotated by 180°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
