<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute testing upon definitely incorporating data. <P>SOLUTION: A testing device provided in the present invention tests a device under test that outputs a data signal and a clock signal which shows timing for sampling the data signal, and the testing device comprises: an acquisition part that acquires the data signal output by the device under test, in accordance with the timing corresponding to the clock signal; a buffer part that includes multiple entries, uses each entry to sequentially buffer the data signal acquired by the acquisition part, in accordance with the timing corresponding to the clock signal, and outputs the data signal buffered in each entry, in accordance with the timing of a timing signal generated according to a test period of the testing device; and a determination part that compares the data signal output from the buffer part with an expectation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
