<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when a spring is disposed between a fulcrum part and an adjustment screw, biasing force due to the spring acts also on a mirror holding member as a moment. <P>SOLUTION: A mirror holding member 3 for holding a mirror 4 is tiltably supported on a mount member 2 by a fulcrum part 8 and a tilt angle is adjustably supported by adjustment screws 6. On one line between the adjustment screw 6 and the fulcrum part 8, washers 12 and 13 are disposed which have compression springs 10 and 11 for energizing the mirror holding member 3 toward the mount member 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
