<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system capable of both improving a demand-and-supply balance of electric power in a commercial power system and securing power in each user during a power failure. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 16 switchably performs both: a local-production-local-consumption algorithm in which power generated by a solar cell 13 is supplied to an appliance K, a storage battery 14 is charged by surplus power obtained by subtracting power consumed by the appliance K from the power generated by the solar cell 13, and if there is no surplus power, power stored by the storage battery 14 together with the power generated by the solar cell 13 are supplied to the appliance K, and deficient power obtained by subtracting the power generated by the solar cell 13 and the power supplied by the storage battery 14 from the power consumed by the appliance K is supplied from a commercial power system; and a peak-assist algorithm provided with a surplus power selling mode in which the surplus power is reversely flown to the commercial power system, and a peak assist mode in which the total amount of power generated by the solar cell 13 is reversely flown to the commercial power system, and the power stored by the storage battery 14 is supplied to the appliance K. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
