METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRAPHENE/CARBON NANOTUBE COMPOSITE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a graphene/carbon nanotube composite structure.

SOLUTION: This production method of the graphene/carbon nanotube composite structure comprises: a first step of providing a metallic substrate having a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface; a second step of growing a graphene structure on the first surface of the metallic substrate; a third step of providing a carbon nanotube structure having self-supported structure, and making the carbon nanotube structure adjoin the surface opposite to the surface adjoining the substrate to form a substrate/graphene/carbon nanotube composite structure; and a fourth step of removing at least a part of the substrate to form the graphene/carbon nanotube composite structure.
