<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer engineer dispatch system through which a supervisor of an information center can ascertain a customer engineer to be late before arrival schedule time. <P>SOLUTION: An information center 16 includes a position information detection part 30 for a customer engineer which detects position information on the customer engineer from a portable terminal 28 through GPS, and a storage part 22 which stores position information on a building 14, movement information on the customer engineer, and the arrival schedule time. Further, the information center 16 includes a time determination part 32 which determines that it is a predetermined time before the arrival schedule time, a delay determination part 34 which determines whether the customer engineer will be late for the arrival schedule time on the basis of the predetermined time, position information on the customer engineer and building 14, and the movement information on the customer engineer when it is the predetermined time before, and a notification part 36 which notifies the supervisor that the delay determination part 34 determines the customer engineer to be late in such a case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
