<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system, a network control method and an information processing device, which cover ever-changing areas. <P>SOLUTION: A network system 10 is equipped with a plurality of mobile bodies 30 and 32 that have a radio communication device for each and move on a major traffic network 20, and a center side device 40 which establishes a network by communicating with the communication devices installed on a plurality of mobile bodies 30 and 32 selected from the plurality of mobile bodies 30 and 32.
