<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage in the interior of a duct for discharging arc gas in an enclosed switchboard including a pressure discharge plate operating for discharging pressure in the board at the time of an inboard arc accident; and the duct for discharging arc gas which is installed at an opening opened by the operation of the pressure discharge plate, used for exhausting high temperature/high pressure gas caused by the arc accident, and is formed by cylindrical shaped metal. <P>SOLUTION: A resin material is provided on an internal wall surface of a duct for discharging arc gas, and the high temperature arc gas passing through the duct inside is cooled by ablation gas occurring from the resin material.
