<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fusion device that manages and adjusts heating insertion amounts of pipe bodies according to a change of a size by a simple structure so that a large bead may not be generated. <P>SOLUTION: Heating amount adjusting spacers 3a, 3b of a heating amount adjusting means 3 are made to abut on each other between clamps 11, 12 and a heating means 2 by an effect that the clamps 11, 12 are relatively moved to the fitting direction of the pipe bodies S, P while the heating means 2 is arranged between the clamps 11, 12, the heating insertion amounts of the heating means 2 and the pipe bodies S, P are set, a clearance C is formed between the heating means 2 and the pipe bodies S, P, thus, only the fitting part of the pipe bodies S, P is fused, and accordingly, fusion resins do not protrude to inner circumference sides of the pipe bodies S, P upon fitting of the pipe bodies S, P. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
