<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining tool that stably fixes a workpiece to a table and machines the workpiece with excellent accuracy even when the outer diameter of the workpiece is larger than the outer diameter of the table of the vertical cutting device. <P>SOLUTION: The machining tool 1 includes a tool body 6 having a circular outer shape in plan view, a placing surface 7 which is formed on an upper surface of the tool body 6 to place a workpiece W thereon, a bolt insertion hole 8 (a fixing part) for fixing the workpiece W placed on the placing surface 7, and an outer periphery fixing part 12 provided on an outer peripheral part of the tool body 6 so as to be chucked in the radial direction by a chucking claw 13 installed on a table 3.
