<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new power generation method solving a major problem in the way of increasing power generation capacity in a buoyancy rotary fan power generation being one type of undersea power generation. <P>SOLUTION: Strong jet seawater is ejected to each rotary fan by a high water pressure jet ejection device. The discharged seawater is subject to massive treatment by a seawater emission pressure machine room therebelow, and the discharged seawater that cannot be treated is treated by an air container stabilization vessel installed therebelow.
