A thin-film transistor array structure (200) and a liquid crystal display panel are provided. The thin-film transistor array structure (200) comprises a plurality of scan lines (202), a plurality of data lines, a plurality of first data lines (204a), a plurality of second data lines (204b), a plurality of pixel units (206) and a plurality of control modules (208). Each control module (208) is coupled to a scan line (202), a second data line (204b) and a pixel unit (206). When a scan line (202) is turned on in order to charge the pixel unit (206) via a first data line (204a), the next control module (208) can be charged via the second data line (204b) at the same time; when the scan line (202) is turned off and another scan line (202) is turned on in order to charge another pixel unit (206) via the first data line (204a), the charged next control module (208) can quickly charge another pixel unit (206), so that the charging time of pixels can be shortened.
