<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, an image processing device and a communication system, capable of promptly outputting an image with an output function specified in the image processing device, while reducing the load of the image processing device. <P>SOLUTION: A BOX 30 generates a print output data corresponding to an MFP 2 by monochrome processing an image data received through FAX. Further, by performing rotation processing by 90 degrees or 270 degrees of a portrait image data, the BOX 30 generates a landscape print output data conforming to MFPs 3, 4. The image data received through FAX is converted to a print output data of a type conforming to an MFP 1.
