PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that can be suitably used for both an electronic device performing P-P type data transmission and an electronic device performing P-MP type data transmission.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device 10 comprises a driver circuit 100 for driving transmission lines 41 and 42, and output terminals 103 and 104 coupled to the outputs of the driver circuit 100. The semiconductor integrated circuit device 10 further comprises termination circuits 101 and 102 that are disposed in series between the driver circuit 100 and the output terminals 103 and 104 for series-termination of the transmission lines 41 and 42 and have adjustable impedance.
