<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material structure suitable for remodeling of a directly-stuck floor of a condominium and the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a floor material structure for remodeling, a sub-floor material 2 is interposed between an existing floor material 1 and a new floor material 3 when the new floor material 3 is overlaid and stuck on the existing floor material 1.
