<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller leveler that hardly generates flaws on a leveling roller when conveying a metal plate. <P>SOLUTION: The roller leveler 100 includes: a plurality of leveling rollers 6, 8 arranged in zigzag above and beneath a passing line of the metal plate to be corrected, which rotate so as to pass the metal plate through while sandwiching and correcting the metal plate; a plurality of backup rollers 7, 9 for backing up the leveling rollers 6, 8; a reduction cylinder 4 for reducing the metal plate P through the leveling rollers 6, 8; and contact/separation mechanisms (cylinders) 15, 16 for making contact or separating the leveling roller 6 (8) and the backup roller 7 (9). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
