PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a radioactive substance treatment agent and the radioactive substance treatment agent in which an adsorption speed of radioactive substances is high, treatment efficiency of radioactive contaminated water is improved and various objects to be treated can be treated.

SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a radioactive substance treatment agent is provided which includes a slurry diffused particle generation step of generating slurry diffused particles by diffusing natural zeolite particles comprised of mordenite of which the average particle size is 5.0 μm or less in water through diffusion means. The radioactive substance treatment agent which is obtained according to the manufacturing method is also provided.
