<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive a resolver capable of saving power by exciting the resolver at timing of requiring angle data of the resolver. <P>SOLUTION: An excitation pulse output circuit 105 receives a request signal for angle detection to output an excitation pulse signal. In this case, the excitation pulse output circuit 105 outputs the excitation pulse signal only when receiving the request signal for angle detection, thereby enabling suppression of power consumption required for excitation as compared with a case where the excitation pulse signal is constantly outputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
