<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that prevents a reset signal from being erroneously output in the influence of noise at power input. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 100 includes a regulator 11, a first power-on reset circuit 12, a second power-on reset circuit 13 and a control circuit 14. On the basis of a first voltage supplied from a power supply VS11 via a power line VL11, the regulator 11 generates a second voltage lower than the first voltage. The first power-on reset circuit 12 outputs a first reset signal R_12 when detecting that the first voltage has risen to a detection threshold Vt12 after power input. The second power-on reset circuit 13 outputs a second reset signal R_13 when detecting that the second voltage has risen to a detection threshold Vt13 after power input. The control circuit 14 outputs a third reset signal R_C that is a logical product of the first reset signal R_12 and the second reset signal R_13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
