<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a PBS using structural anisotropy of an SWS one-dimensional lattice, since the shape of the one-dimensional lattice has a high aspect ratio, the manufacturing thereof is difficult and cost reduction is also difficult. <P>SOLUTION: By employing a structure where dielectric medium layers oriented in one direction in a plane are laminated while alternately changing their orientation directions orthogonally, the number of lamination increases and the manufacturing difficulty is alleviated so as to reduce overall manufacturing costs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
