<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash fluid jet nozzles and illumination windows as well as an observation window. <P>SOLUTION: A distal end 14a connected to the tip of an insertion part of an endoscope includes the observation window 24, the illumination windows 25a, 25b, and first and second air/water feed nozzles 26a, 26b. The first and second air/water feed nozzles 26a, 26b are provided in mutually opposed positions with the observation window 24 placed in between to jet air or wash water. The first and second air/water feed nozzles 26a, 26b are formed with guide faces 36, 39 respectively, and when a fluid collides with the first and second air/water feed nozzles 26a, 26b, the guide faces 36, 39 guide the fluid to the illumination windows 25a, 25b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
