<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball conveying device that adjusts the quantity of conveyed game balls without using a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The game ball conveying device 12 conveys game balls supplied from a supply guide member to a discharge guide member 122' by a ball conveying rotator 20. A conveyance amount adjusting means 80 of the game ball conveying device 12 is inclined so that the upper edge 812 of a presser member 81 is pushed downward when game balls are stored on a ball receiving surface 81a of the presser member 81 tiltably held by a presser member holder 82 to increase load, and a detection piece 84a of a limit switch 84 is pushed. As a result, a motor of the ball conveying rotator 20 is stopped, and game balls stored on the discharge guide member 122' are reduced and game balls are returned onto the discharge guide member 122' from the ball receiving surface 81a of the presser member 81, thereby reducing the loads.
