The feed-through structure (3) has housing portion (5) that is made of low-melting material such as aluminum. The housing portion has an opening (7) through which a pin-shaped conductor (11) made of glass or glass-ceramic material is passed. An annular base portion (9) is formed in the pin-shaped conductor.
