The element (10) has a textile knitted spacer fabric (16) comprising two covering layers (18, 20) that are arranged at a distance from each other over pole threads (22). A set of electrical resistance surface heating elements is integrated into one of the covering layers of the fabric and designed as heating fibers. The fabric is held at a carrier element (26), where a portion of the fabric is covered by a decoration element (24) i.e. synthetic leather textile. A reflecting element is arranged in the fabric such that thermal radiation is reflected by the fabric. The heating fibers are designed as metal wires or carbon fibers.
