<p>PURPOSE: An automatic pressed article manufacturing system using a double robot line for a tandem press line is provided to reduce manufacturing time by continuously transferring and supplying using two robots which are arranged to be separate from each other and move across each other. CONSTITUTION: An automatic pressed article manufacturing system using a double robot line for a tandem press line comprises a plurality of destackers(1) in which a number of materials are loaded; material transfer robots(2) which pick up and transfer the materials loaded in the destackers; a positioner(3); a pair of material supply robots(4) which pick up the materials placed in the positioner and supply the materials to the press while moving across each other; presses(5) which are consecutively arranged behind the material supply robots and press-form a mold to mold the materials; molded article supply robots(6) which supply molded articles to the press for the next process by moving across each other; a product discharge robot(7) which is arranged behind the final press and discharges finished products by moving across each other; and a control unit(8) which controls the operation of the material transfer robot, the material supply robots, the presses, the molded article supply robots, and the product discharge robot.</p> |
