PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to stably protect a quantum dot layer by forming a protective layer for the quantum dot layer to prevent external moisture. CONSTITUTION: Sunlight enters a first substrate(100). A second substrate(200) is separated from the first substrate. A solar cell(500) is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. A quantum dot layer(300) is formed on one surface of the second substrate. A groove is formed on one surface of the second substrate. |
