SECRETORY FUSION PROTEIN FOR TARGETING AND TRACING

PURPOSE: A secretory fusion protein is provided to specifically bind to target cells, to express fusion proteins as needed, and to be used as a tumor cell therapeutic agent or molecular imaging diagnostic agent. CONSTITUTION: A secretory fusion protein for targeting and tracing contains peptides which specifically bind to peptides with extracellular secretory function, image reporter or therapeutic peptides or proteins, and target cells. The peptides with extracellular secretory function contains an amino acid of sequence number 3 and is a peptide containing hydrophobic amino acids which are recognized by secretory gaussia luciferase(Sec-Gluc), secretory antibody, or signal recognition particles. The molecular imaging reporter is mCherry with an amino acid of sequence number 4. The therapeutic peptides or proteins are TRAIL with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 6. The secretory fusion protein is alpha beta 3 fusion protein with an amino acid of sequence number 2. A gene encoding the fusion protein has a base of sequence number 1. The gene further contains an inducible promoter.
