PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust needle bearing, so that capacity of a roller and an amount of lubricant are increased. SOLUTION: Since an inner diameter side end part 16h7 of a pocket part 16h6 is terminated in the middle of an inner flange part 16h1, the lubricant flows radially outward through a cutout by a centrifugal force, so that the amount of the lubricant is increased to suppress abrasion of a roller 16e and its rolling surface. Further, since an outer diameter side end part 16h8 of the pocket part 16h6 is terminated in the middle of the outer flange part 16h2, the lubricant that has lubricated the roller 16e or the like can be quickly discharged radially outward from the cutout, and the roller 16e or the like is lubricated by constantly cooled and fresh lubricant, so that abrasion of the roller 16e and its rolling surface can be suppressed. A whole length of the roller 16e can be extended as the same as a distance between the inner flange part 16h1 and the outer flange part 16h2, so that a load capacity of the thrust needle roller bearing 16B is increased.
