<p>PURPOSE: An optical transmission control device, and a method and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to raise the transformation speed of light transmission and optical density . CONSTITUTION: An optical transmission control device(100) includes a first solvents(110), a particle(120), and a second solvent(130). The particle is made of a material blocking light. The first solvent dispersing the particles includes electrowetting property. The second solvent is not mixed with the first solvent while particles are mixed only with the first solvent. The optical transmission device controls light interruption area corresponding to the light incidence surface of the first solvent of by the control of the electric field.</p> |
