PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of quickly responding when abnormality is caused in a gas supply line, decreasing the number of monitoring personnels, and also immediately informing a technical person about the occurrence of the abnormality. SOLUTION: The system comprises a high-pressure pressure switch 11 etc. transmitting the occurrence of the abnormality in the gas supply line inside a specified manufacturing facility 1 with gas cylinders arranged therein; a monitoring center 3 receiving an abnormality occurrence signal to be transmitted from the switch 11; and a job site interlocking server 39 to be inputted with the abnormality occurrence signal received by the center 3. When the abnormality occurrence signal is inputted to the server 39, the system automatically transmits the content of the abnormality by voice to cellular phones 44, 45 of prescribed technical persons, and also transmits alarm signals to personal computers 42, 43 disposed at prescribed sites to light pilot lamps 42a, 43a.
