<p>A vertically moving device includes a spool mechanism 13 for spooling at least two wires 14 that are fed out to form loops; and a vertically movable platform 3 suspended by looped portions 21A, 21B of the at least two wires 14 fed out from the spool mechanism 13. The vertically movable platform 3 includes at least four wire-guiding rotating bodies 22A, 22B over which the looped portions 21A, 21B of the wires 14 are run. And a looped portion 21A of one of the wires 14 is run over at least two of the wire-guiding rotating bodies 22A, and a looped portion 21B of the other of the wires 14 is run over at least two other of the wire-guiding rotating bodies 22B.</p> |
