OPTICAL SEMICONDUCTOR BASED ILLUMINATING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: An optical semiconductor based illuminating apparatus is provided to efficiently discharge heat generated from a semiconductor optical device by adopting a coupling structure of a heat radiation pin which is attachable and detachable to a heat radiation plate. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(200) is arranged in a bottom side of an optical semiconductor module(100). Heat generated from the optical semiconductor module is discharged through the heat sink. A fixing hole is provided for coupling the heat radiation plate and a substrate(110). The optical semiconductor module comprises a plurality of semiconductor optical devices(120). The heat sink discharges the heat generated from the plurality of semiconductor optical devices at the bottom side of the optical semiconductor module. The heat radiation plate is arranged in a lower part of the optical semiconductor module.
